terrible service...waiting all day for my paracel ,hear door bell and nobody comes to my door...in the box i found red ticket-something for you-officer initials was ss....to lazy to climb to the second flor where my flat is...that happen few times..not happy

I don't Know who delivered my mail today, but it was just put on the bottom of stairs leading to my and my neighbours maisonettes. There is a door at the bottom of the stairs, which is not a secure entrance, but the letterbox is sealed so the post isn't put through it, so has to be opened for them to leave the post. This only happens when our regular postman is on holiday. I had a bank statement left there this morning, a good opportunity for a fraudster to pick up. Is it too much for them to walk up the stairs to put it through our letterboxes.

at the moment we have a different post man . he is putting all the mail well not all but a lot in the wrong address were he does not seem to be looking . i have had 2 small items not arrived and have recieved at few letters that are not mine and so has my neighbour she recieved a cheque book that was not for her . please can we have our normal post man back

Your delivery person rang my door bell this morning which was answered within 30 seconds.
only to find a card through the letterbox and him walking back to his van, he totally ignored my wife trying to attract his attention. He did not give time for the door to be opened.
When I called 08444740395 I was answered by a man who when I tried to get information from him became very rude and hung up the phone His name was James.

I would like a response on your employees actions both on delivery and on the phone.
