To the manager of Greenwich sorting office
There was a loud knock on my door which got the dog barking. When I opened the door there was a very happy and friendly face of a new post lady.
She was so smiley ,and told me she had tripped over and hurt her knee. This didn't deter her and she refused a plaster, drink of water , and the toilet. What impressed me most was she was hard of hearing and managed to lip read excellently. I was born 80.0/0 percent deaf but was lucky to have it corrected. Every time time I see her struggling with all the parcels she has a huge smile.
She deserves a huge pat on the back. Her name is Becky.
