We host our award-winning swim lessons, as well as casual and fitness sessions for more confident swimmers in our 20m pool, while the spacious gym is packed with state-of-the-art equipment to help you reach your fitness targets. We also boast a sports hall where you can enjoy badminton, netball and a number of other sports, while outside there are floodlit Astroturf football pitches, grass pitches and floodlit tennis courts too.
We’ve got a huge range of group fitness classes for you to enjoy as well. Whether you want to lose weight, get fitter, tone up, chill out or build muscle, there’s something for everyone.
Regardless of if you’re learning to swim, swimming for fitness or a swimming for fun, we can accommodate you here at Hamble. The 20m pool plays host to daily award-winning swim lessons.
