Dear Royal Mail - you really do need to pay attention to the technology people are now installing for your convenience. today you rang my video doorbell and I answered asking you to put my parcel in the secure large white - very visible - parcel mailbox I have installed to the right of my front door. unfortunately you had your hood up and couldn't hear me or ignored me ? (even though volume was up on full and I was shouting 'postman' !)
I have now tired to call the sorting office and my local post office but you obviously are used to angry people trying to call someone to sort delivery problems and you direct them to the website.
I cant arrange redelivery because my reference number is on the card you put through my letterbox (I am 250 miles away) and the tracking number will not do.
USELESS I think.
