Havant Royal Mail Delivery Office | Sorting Office

Many deliveries: always close the gate behind them unlike some couriers and always extremely polite even though I'm not the fastest to the front door. I have nothing but respect and gratitude for the local postal service.

Disgusting service twice now my lazy postman has claimed he has tried to deliver to my house but no answer when he never knocked the door and when I opened it and asked for my package he refused and said I had to collect from the office. Call the customer service team who don't care and say oh well just need to collect from the office but who's going to be paying my wages whilst I take time off to get my post!!!!!!!!!

Royal Mail tried to deliver a package from Amazon to my address while I was out and left a card asking me to collect from Havant Sorting Office the next day. When I went there, with the card, they were unable to locate the package. They said they would search and call me but now another of their very short working days has almost elapsed and I have heard nothing. I have rung the Sorting Office and been told that the delivery person didn't take it out of their "red pouch" when they returned to the Sorting Office on Friday and it has only been found today, 2 working days later. I now have to make a special journey in to Havant to collect it, which is a great inconvenience to me.
