JUST RECEIVED THE WORST SERVICE IN THE WORLD. ok my parcel was delivered to my house, even though I was in actually waiting for this, a slip is shoved through the door informing me that its been left 5 doors away, so young postman arrives 6 mins later with letters so I ask him to go get my parcel for me was told go get it myself its been left in this so called neighbours porch, their door is open, unattended. Wow, not only stunned by his rudeness, he dumped my parcel elsewhere so not only was my neighbour not in but he felt that it should have been left there instead of maybe taking it back to the office. I WILL AWAIT A RESPONSE TO THIS STANDARD OF SERVICE or maybe accept that the post office has had its day.

The phone is "engaged" during opening hours, and on answering service outside opening hours. Sell it off as quickly as possible

they hardly ever answer the phone when you ring the office
