I am writing to complain about the postman on wed 22nd March. My mail, including a bank statement, was hanging out of my letterbox when I arrived home. I asked thursdays postman but he said it wasn't him but locums are being used! This is'nt good enough and I would expect that the person involved is told that mail must be pushed through the letterbox.
