Tom was polite, professional, knowledgeable and always very helpful. He made clear all the costs and options, was patient and careful explaining the technical stuff to laypeople and the work was tidy, high quality and has been - most importantly - effective. High bandwidth stuff is hardwired, wifi is fast and reliable. Certainly worth the money for having everything working well, and not having to be on hold for hours for frustrating broadband provider helpcentre calls. Highly recommended.
