Our newly refurbished gym is equipped with the latest in Technogym fitness equipment. Our Group Exercise programme features over 150 classes a week held in our dedicated Group Exercise and Group Cycling studios, with something to suit everyone. We have a 25 metre main swimming pool with a moveable floor and a teaching pool, both in which we offer our award winning swimming lesson scheme and a range of other water-based activities including Swim 4 Fitness and Young at Heart sessions. Our group fitness studio plays host to a variety of different classes. Whatever your fitness goals may be, you’re sure to find the right class for you, while the social nature of the sessions means you can meet new people too.
Our brand new, all-weather 3G pitches allow you to enjoy playing football whatever the weather. You can choose from four five-a-side pitches and one eight-a-side pitch.
Our two swimming pools – comprising of an eight-lane 25m main pool, as well as a large learner pool – cater for all needs. We offer award-winning swimming lessons, as well as a selection of other aquatic activities too.
