On having a change to plan of an extension we were having built we needed a door there and then, we visited Howdens who are located on our trading estate and the girls/staff at the front desk were excellent, in showing us what was available and alternative options.
Even though they did not have the door that would be most suitable they checked other branches then arranged an in-branch sale meaning we just had to go to Durham to pick the door up, no going through the same paperwork making our purchase and pick up very easy indeed.
Good staff are hard to come by excellent staff make the business, very well done in helping us out.
