I would like to thak you for the excellent service received. A very important letter from my Dutch pensionfund was sent to me using my maiden name..no Postcode or city/villaga was indicated...just "Suffolk" . A kind post-person wrote "try Woodbridge" on the letter... and lo and behold my mail arrived safely in Martlesham!
I am very impressed with the trouble you took to deliver this letter to me. Thank you very much!

Didn't get an answer on the phone - seemed to go into voicemail but this wasn't clear.
