I sent i returns delivery for bid tv on 29th of october by recorded delivery there was a timescale of 14 days for returns ihad a further 2 days left. I was shocked to find a card for me to collect a parcel from the sorting office only to find that the parcel was delivered to myself and not the returns address, I hope that the post office will refund me the ?29-98 cost of the package and my ?3 15p postage as my time for returns refund had exceeded the 14 days due to the stupidity of the sorting office!! I have since encounted a further blunder which i have yet to address.
