Irvine Royal Mail Delivery Office | Sorting Office

My dogs medication was sent from Bristol on the morning of Tuesday 22, and has not arrived! no number listed for my local sorting office, no answer from 0844 number although all sorting offices/post offices are open and deliveries are being made on Easter Friday in Scotland!

Rating didnt go low enough for this poor service. On 28/7/2015 spoke to repair service and pkg sent today they gave me the tracking number for Royal Mail. Went online to royal mail tracking and tried tracking multiple times thru the days of 28/7 also 29/7 30/7 31/7 and it only said will be scanned upon delivery???? On friday morning around 930am a pkg was delivered by mail man from Ebay but no pkg from Repair service company and around 1045am my regular mail man showed up with letters etc as usual. on Sat morn 1/8/15 tried tracking pkg and it stated an attempt made 31/7/15 at 10am but no safe place to leave??? And no card was left for me. Called the number to royal mail and they said they could only set it up for re-delivery next week tue the 4th and i asked if i could go today and claim he said no as you mentioned you didnt recieve a missed delivery ticket wich i didnt???? So who's home did get missed delivery???????
