We rented our house out for 12 months as we were living overseas. When we returned to claim the house back, our once lovely looking cream carpets now had a dark black tint and were matted down, uncared for. We contacted Jones of Church Eaton to give us a quote to clean all of the carpets in our house. Not only did he come out to the house to give us a free quote, he was honest about the very few stains that would not be able to be removed. The carpets were cleaned and my partner and I were over the moon with the result. Jones of Church Eaton did an excellent job, the carpets are looking like they used to again, we never thought we would be able to get the stains out. This has saved us spending ?1000 on re-carpeting the house.
Excellent job, value for money and customer service. Would recommend Jones of Church Eaton. 10 out of 10.

Paul is totally professional and clearly an expert in his field. He was responsive to my initial enquiry, even returning my call from abroad. He was able to come promptly, was punctual and courteous. Most importantly he achieved an amazing result with very heavily soiled carpets. His price was reasonable and we are delighted with the result. We would absolutely recommend Paul and would utilize his services again without hesitation. Thank you Paul.

I wanted our carpets cleaned as we had just put our house on the market. I called Paul on Wednesday, he came out Thursday morning to clean the carpets (and did an excellent job) we had several viewings on Friday and sold the house on Saturday. I'm sure having fresh, clean carpets worked in our favour, so thanks Paul! Expect a call from us when we move into our new house!

I recently used Jones of Church Eaton for a much needed carpet clean in my shop.. i had originally decided to get a new carpet but thought i would just try to get it cleaned first.
The service i received was punctual and professional, and the price i thought for the level of service was excellent.
i will definately use them again..and the carpet looks great now.. very pleased.xx
