head office 0. Destroyed surprise 40th by double-booking, promised to ring 'first thing'... 3PM (so I was stuck in all day) then said would confirm with E-mail... which didn't happeen. Rang again and talked to rude, condescending staff who told direct a direct lie (thanks Nicola).
I'm disabled so had to get taxis both way... another ?20 they cost me.
Go to track and book - you will love it - just don't use website EVER.
