I am an integrative Counsellor, this means I use person centred and CBT techniques to tailor a service to each client. I have over 10 years experience in Mental-health, and Masters degree qualifications. I work with adults struggling to manage in day to life, needing help to understand their patterns of behaviour and how this is having a negative impact on them. Depression, and anxiety often come alongside a bigger issue, without treatment this can lead to long term negative effects, loneliness, suicidal thoughts and self harm. I work with people wanting to explore their trauma, behaviour and themselves, and often may not have the space to do so. I work with neurodiverse clients who struggle with the symptoms of this and what it means for day to day life, understanding themselves and constantly processing information.
