would have got a better rating if magazines ie--Radio Times & Garden News were delivered regularly. Since Jan 2014 they have missed delivery of these items on five occasions which is not good. I have contacted the suppliers of these and have been assured that they were sent to Kendal sorting office. Makes you wonder where they got to.
