Hi Everyone Hope that you've all had an amazing weekend Just finishing the morning coffee off and what an amazing start to the day.
As we know interest rates are falling and I had secured a mortgage offer for one of my clients back in October of last year. With even more reductions in interest rates I have been able to secure a new offer for him just before he completes on his remortgage, saving nearly one hundred pounds per month. ''You absolute legend'' was his reply over email!. This was nice to be able to do for something as these savings all add up
I was also able to do the same for two of my clients at the end of last week as he and his partner will move into their new home in the next few weeks, and have secured them a better rate not once but twice so far on their mortgage which since they started will have saved them well over one hundred pounds per month. This again is going to save them a significant sum over the length of their mortgage deal
We've got quite a few remortgage appointments in the diary for this week to look at rates for clients with deals expiring and particularly off the back of recent interest rate reductions so we're hoping to share more good news with clients who are booked in this week. We're also helping two couples who have also found houses to buy and will be advising them on their mortgage options as the property market starts to move again so we're certainly going to be working hard this week again for sure
