Oct 2017 my signed for delivery, delivered to wrong address - still haven't found it. I'm still having parcels for other roads left on my porch. 3 parcels for no. 10 of other roads in the last 3 weeks - sorting office unhelpful. Royal Mail customer service number .80p per minute and left on hold for 18 minutes! Problem Still not sorted. Sort it out please!! Had to give a rating so reluctantly left 1 star

I call into question the integrity of postal workers. Between Stoneleigh Broadway & Birkenhead a H & M baby's gift voucher has been taken. It's to the value of ?25 & has my till receipt with it with part of my bank details...i am of course very angry as being a small item that was in an envelope I popped it in the post box expecting it to be delivered.

Very very disappointed with the service and reliability of Royal Mail.What is the point to pay for tracking when you can not get a reason why the parcel been lost Please use another delivery company!
