Lena clearly has a lot of experience and that shows in her counselling style - she made us feel at ease even though we were both very nervous about starting the therapy. Lena listened to us and also challenged us to think deeper about our experiences. We have made some very positive changes in our relationship as a result.
Lena helped me living a difficult part of my life and helped me starting a new chapter. I would strongly recommend her to a friend.
I came to Lena when I was at a very low point and didn’t even recognise who I was. Lena has helped me immensely with finding myself and breaking down a lot of old patterns that I was unaware of. I am very grateful that I found Lena when I did.
