Lena clearly has a lot of experience and that shows in her counselling style - she made us feel at ease even though we were both very nervous about starting the therapy. Lena listened to us and also challenged us to think deeper about our experiences. We have made some very positive changes in our relationship as a result. Lena helped me living a difficult part of my life and helped me starting a new chapter. I would strongly recommend her to a friend. I came to Lena when I was at a very low point and didn’t even recognise who I was. Lena has helped me immensely with finding myself and breaking down a lot of old patterns that I was unaware of. I am very grateful that I found Lena when I did.

I am a specialist psychosexual and couples therapist with over 30 years of experience, leading a team of fully qualified therapists at Lena Fenton Counselling. Together, we provide expert sex therapy, couples counselling, and relationship therapy to individuals and couples across the UK and internationally.

Online Sessions That Fit Your Life

All sessions are delivered online via Zoom, Google Meet, WhatsApp, FaceTime, or phone. This means specialist therapy is accessible wherever you are, fitting around your family and your busy schedule. I work with clients from all over the UK and around the world.

Professional Credentials

I hold an MSc in Psychosexual Couples Counselling from the University of East London. I am a registered member of BACP and COSRT (College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists), and an accredited EMDR practitioner (UK and Ireland).

Getting Started

I offer a £12 introductory session (15 minutes) so you can ask questions and see if we are the right fit. This fee is credited towards your first full session. Available Monday to Thursday 9am to 8pm and Friday 9am to 5pm.
