Awful service 2 lost parcels one says delivered but I haven't got it and nobody knows where it is . The GPS tracking is rubbish as it just shows pur road.
After 4 different stories they say they are both lost !! Not good enough when you are trusted to deliver an item for someone then you lose it
Also to prove how good Royal mail are :
On Saturday 10th June I received 6 items held together in an elastic band. 4 were mine and the other 2 were for 2 different neighbours.
Well done Royal mail on a truly awful service !!
