I want to praise Lloyds High street Dudley,for their patience and hard work,especially the man who helped me (I can't remember his name).
I had my Lloyds card stolen while I was in Dudley that day,so I was feeling shaky,but he calmly took my details and called their fraud department he had to hold on for 1 hour till someone answered,but he got the money that was taken from my account reimbursed. I can't thank him enough,especially I had a terrible experience reporting it to Halifax,as I have a account with them,but no more I am cancelling my account with Halifax
