Great service. I wanted to get a water softener and found their salt free one. Im glad i went for it because it is so much easier than the old salt one I used to have. Easy install and no more water marks on our stainless steel sink or elsewhere in the house.

I purchased via a local plumber in June 2021 a whole house UV light and filter system. When the system failled, I contacted them to seek new parts. Despite knowing the date of purchase and there stickers being all over the casing, they couldn't find the order. At no time did they mention the system had a 3yr warranty and the only interest they had was in supplying a whole new system that at the moment is £697 reduced from £897. New system could be delivered within 2 to 3 days but to get parts 8 weeks. A joke who can be without water for 8 weeks. Never again !!! Go elsewhere and buy same product/spares much cheaper with better service. Eventually spent £197 on the spare parts from other suppliers service was great and sorted within days. UK Water Filters needs to learn some lessons.

Filter jug binned!!
For last 3 years we’d been purchasing our under sink cartridges from another supplier to help treat very hard water / scale area - been through endless amounts of kettles, filter jug cartridges, and products to clean shower screen -
Since purchasing the Anti-Scale Super taste cartridge from UK Water Filters, it’s like our lives have changed!
Firstly, we would usually filter water from tap in a filter jug for kettle use - no longer needed! Kettle has been looking shiny for a number of weeks use now!
On to shower: not only does the shower screen require less regular attention, the quality of shower water has improved dramatically!
Such a shame we only found this supplier and range of their other products recently :-(
Will most certainly be shopping again, and highly recommended already to friends and neighbours
Finally, A-Star rated customer service, with prompt responses to queries

Very helpful both on our fridge filter and our under sink filter when we were trying to ascertain the correct ones to order. We had trouble fitting the under sink one and they came back v promptly with suggestion of an adaptor which v simply solved the problem. Good prices too. They seem a good team and v pleasant to deal with. That’s why I will continue to order from them.

Really pleased with the service that I have received. I had a little problem with a secure connection which could have been due to the age of the existing pipe-work. John very quickly sent me a replacement cartridge and some spare length of pipe. All arrived in the same parcel and fitted within 5 minutes. Perfect service, during this difficult time (Summer 2020). Glad we changed to UK Water Filters last year.
