Lush Cosmetics Warrington

We want everyone to have a comfortable and enjoyable visit to our shop. Here’s what you can expect when you visit us:
Our shop is located on the ground floor of the shopping centre.
Our entrance is step-free.
Our space is cosy, and can get busy at peak times, but our team is always happy to help with navigation. Our team can bring a remote till to you so you can complete your purchase wherever you’re most comfortable.
Our products and testers are dispersed around the shop and are at different heights. Staff are happy to bring products to you for closer look or try out when you're in the shop.
Yes, however there is limited turning space near the till area.
No customer toilet in-store, but accessible facilities are available in the shopping centre.
Assistance and support dogs are always welcome in our shop.
We’re happy to communicate in writing or use gestures if that helps.
If you’d like to chat with us before your visit or need specific assistance, please give us a call at 01925 658876 or email warrington@lush.co.uk. We’ll do everything we can to make your visit smooth and enjoyable.
