We want everyone to have a comfortable and enjoyable visit to our shop. Here’s what you can expect when you visit us:
Our shop is located at pavemnt level on a busy high street.
Our entrance is step-free but does have a very small metal lip in the door way (still accessible for pushchairs/wheel chairs)
Our shop has an open layout spread over two floors (lift and stair access to upper floor) and can get busy at peak times, but our team is always happy to help with navigation and/or our team can bring a remote till to you so you can complete your purchase wherever you’re most comfortable.
Our products and testers are dispersed around the shop and are at different heights. Staff are happy to bring products to you for closer look or try out when you're in the shop.
The shop and spa are fully wheelchair accessible
We have customer accessible toilets.
Assistance and support dogs are always welcome in our shop.
We’re happy to communicate in writing or use gestures if that helps.
