RM tried to deliver an item on saturday 15/12 and left a card. They have now subsequently lost the item in their sorting office in Macclesfield, and really don't seem that interested in finding it. I have spend 40 minutes in the sorting office talking to staff who didn't seem to think it was their problem to find an item which one of their colleagues had lost. Very poor service.
