Sent a customer there order it went via tracked 24 on Thursday and landed with the local sorting office today Tuesday 30th now says sender did not pay full postage, which i did pay and now it wont be delivered till its paid and the fee is £2.40 how can it go through the whole system and not get delivered royal mail your absolute rubbish I'm a small business and need this custom please can someone sort this out

I tracked my item which was due for delivery today and it said incorrectly addressed return to sender.. The property number was correct as was the postcode. Some jobsworth has probably picked up on Saint Welcumes Way when its actually St Welcumes Way, deserves some sort of jobsworth award for that one. Do they know that St is an abbreviation of Saint ???

Terrible location (located to eastern edge of a lopsided town) meaning anyone living in West or North of town has a lengthy and tedious drive. Lengthy queues. Closed on bank holidays. Absolute nightmare

I am sick of the sorting office not sorting the mail correctly. I am disabled and it NOT EASY for me to get the mis-delivered items to a postbox to get it put back into the system- Then it gets delivered to me again. Fortunately I AM AN HONEST PERSON. I suggest that the staff get their act together and do the job PROPERLY.

After recently posting a birthday card together with a cheque to our niece for her 18th birthday the envelope arrived minus the card and the cheque and have been trying to get in touch with the post office to inform them of the issue. I have been left waiting on the line for over 15 minutes with absolutely no-one coming back to explain what the issue is other than an automated system that continually apologises for the delay.
Overall an absolutely pathetic service that seems more intent on racking up customer costs rather than sort out its own obvious internal problems and fraud.

Good when it comes to making deliveries, absolutely terrible customer service. It took about 5 menus to get through to a call centre with a human ... well, I presume that it was a call centre with "a" human as nobody ever picked up. I was just left on hold constantly.

I agree with an earlier comment;it`s practically impossible to speak to a human being.This problem could have been sorted in seconds but having to sift through a multitude of options I don`t require is extremely frustrating.

Very difficult to speak to anyone on the phone before travelling miles out of town to pick up an item I don't even know is there.
There are some circumstances where a telephone call with a real life person is preferential and this is one of them. No one wants to waste money and time travelling somewhere they don't have to.
Poor effort in this instance. I'm disappointed. And usually you don't let me down

I paid for next day delivery,stayed indoors all morning only to find a card saying they needed a signature on my porch floor and nobody had bothered to ring my doorbell.This is not the first time this has happened my opinion of the post office is that they are a pathetic waste of time they charge more than most courier companies and are the worst at delivering parcels.
