4 Weeks and still waiting for delivery of my parcel. They are meant to provide a quick and effective parcel packing and delivery service, these provide neither. You can be guaranteed however that their fee will be excessive . If like me, you have a business to run, or an important date by which you need your package delivered by, i would seriously recommend using any other provider, as these are not fit for purpose. I will have to consider legal action against this company, as even phone calls enquiring as to when delivery can be expected , are dismissed with contempt and an uncaring attitude. They have no interest in customer service or satisfaction.
