I would have given zero stars but this site would not let me. Very poor customer service. Post office counter man is rude, raises his voice and dismissive. Nine out of ten times of picking up/dropping off a parcel is unpleasant. Today was the last straw when he shouted at my teenage daughter because she questioned why her parcel was not there even though the app said it was ready for pick up. I called to ask why they had made my daughter cry and his response was, "my staff member was loud but not rude." So shouting at a young female is now just considered loud?
