I do not know what has happened with the Royal Mail sorting office in Marlow but it definitely is not sorting its mail correctly. I am fed up with getting other people's mail through my letterbox even when they have been correctly addressed. Whatever happened to using the postcode?

the man at the Marlow collection office is so rude and completely unprofessional. His customer service is non existent and thinks its ok to leave a customer waiting (whom he knows is waiting) while he fits a windscreen wiper.
