MediationWorks Online

He will steer you through your mediation from application through to conclusion.
Mediation is a completely confidential process where the participants agree to have a series of conversations looking to resolve their problem.
Listening to people - reducing the heat in the room - helping the participants build their own effective solutions. Facilitative conversations and dialogue help the participants own the resolution and enable creative problem solving while avoiding costly court and lawyer fees.
Mediationworks Online uses a zoom platform to host a virtual conversation and facilitate conciliation for civil and commercial, workplace and employment disputes.
