I inadvertently lost the address of friends in Nailsea. I wrote to the O-I-C of Nailsea Delivery Office asking if he could possibly assist. Within a relatively short time we received a letter from our friends.

I wanted to extend my heartfelt thanks to the lady who was working in the sorting office at the Nailsea Office Crown Glass Centre on Saturday 8 February at about 12.30pm
She went above and beyond in helping me track down a package!
