DREADFUL SERVICE- parcel delivered no card left, was unable to find out what happened to my parcel. Frustrating telephone service, can't get through to anybody, when I did eventually speak to somebody they were totally unhelpful but would re-deliver another day...when I was out. USE ANOTHER SERVICE-ROYAL MAIL DO NOT LISTEN and provide DREADFUL SERVICE. Oh not forgetting the most confusing website ever... I will never use Royal Mail again, there is nothing Royal about it...more SHODDY MAIL... you may or may not get your goods...
