Neurospicy Wings

My name is Dr Sarah Radev and I am an autistic Clinical Psychologist. Being neurodiverse comes with many strengths, but it can also come with certain challenges. I offer a safe, judgement free space to therapeutically work through these difficulties at a pace that suits you, and takes into account all of your individual differences, challenges and strengths. There are many services available for people who are not neurodiverse, and my aim is to offer a service that is specifically tailored for my neurospicy clients, where they can feel understood, and free to take off the mask and be themselves.
The main therapies I practice are Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT). I will work with any age across the lifespan nationwide online, or for those local to Newport South Wales, face to face. I aso offer autism and ADHD diagnostic assessment.
