Newtown Skip Hire

On arrival of the skip hire the delivery driver was most helpful and advised us where to leave the skip so that no damage would be caused apon collection! However the driver for collection (one of there so called managers) decided to just drive up onto our driveway with one other skip already loaded (not ours) and then proceeded to place truck anchors onto our property (delivery driver done all of this without entering our drive) then thought oh I think putting one of the anchors onto the customers brand new raised shed foundations was a good idea ( was laid just two days before) and cause as much damage as possible!! He cracked 3 paving slabs and sunk part of the once level shed foundation. When we called to him to stop and told him how upset we where that he had done this his response was , well I'm a manager and I'm telling you this was the only way to do it!, when we explained his delivery driver told us excatly the opposite he said well hes wrong and it's your responsibility for any damage done because it's in the terms and conditions, this was also what they responded with by email. No bosses would even speak with me . I am having to take this to small claims court now
