With over 38 years of experience working with young people, Brendaley has been supporting families deeply affected by gang-related crime since 2007. From 2002 to 2009, she managed programs for at-risk youth, and in 2019, she left her career as a social worker and manager to fully dedicate herself to NTJC CIC. Brendaley collaborates with organizations and businesses to build a strong support network for young people and their families, recognizing that parental and caregiver involvement is key to reducing gang involvement and promoting positive outcomes.
