DO NOT USE! Warning a member of staff within this branch does not know what they are doing and made my partner pay for new postage stamps telling him that Christmas ones could no longer be used and that he couldn't have them back to swap them.
I telephoned the manager with a complaint yesterday and was told to pop in today. To add to my annoyance he wasn't going to be there until after 4pm which he had not told me and i had the misfortune to incur the same member of staff who continued to argue saying he was right and the post office website was wrong!
