About Nova Eifert Psychotherapy

I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist based in comfortable rooms in Hove. I use EMDR to support freedom from symptoms of trauma (PTSD) and to create lasting change. I specailise in HIV and STI-related stigma, burnout and other forms of trauma. I work in an LGBTQIA+ affirmative and neurodiversity-affirming way that is sensitive to shame and marginalisation. I provide a non-judgmental, thoughtful and safe space, tailored to your unique journey.
