Hopeless - no number for local sorting office available, just goes through to national helpline - 30 min wait for no help at all. Advised to drive to sorting office – a waste of fuel and time. Generally Royal Mail is the worst delivery service in the UK. How does this help with green targets? Seeing the slow death of a national institution.

Absolutely useless, spent hours trying to get through via phone but no one answers , what a terrible firm tied in with the useless royal mail group , so on that note very poor customer service id give it 0 if there was that option.
Waste of space , let's hope one of there staffs parcels go missing one day and they can't get through see how it feels.

This is ridiculous, royal mail has been around for over 500 years and they still haven't figured out how to deliver a parcel, it's the second time that my parcel has been marked Delivered but i haven't received anything, this is getting ridiculous now, they worth over ?150 and I can't find anyone to talk to about it, no number, i called one been waiting for 47 minutes and then it automatically hung up on me.

never managed to speak to anyone at sorting office re parcel being held as ''insufficient ayment'' of ?26.60, despite company sending by prepayment scheme, no f/u call from customer services, second person thought parcel had been left in wrong part of office with customs held parcels! waited an eternity to get through to anyone. disgusted with service.

Can not find a number to speak with any one local only someone in the south. Customer service is rubbish because they are so big , Parcel not delivered even though I was in, very important parcel, their answer , we can deliver in 2 days and we can only follow procedure, very sorry but nothing we can do, bye bye, oh, you can put a complaint in but it won't get you your parcel. The sooner other companies take over the better.

I spent ?11 to guarantee a next day delivery. I was sending medical necessities to my daughter. I asked for a re-delivery, as there was good reason to why she was unable to collect from the delivery office, when they took the parcel back. I spent an hour trying to sort it. This was refused.

A parcel which was meant to be delivered to me at my property has been delivered to Orton. No information about the parcel or note through my door, although I was at home, to say that this is what they have done. Useless mail delivery.
