We support local disabled and disadvantaged people by providing vocational training in real working environments. Allowing you to build your CV in a wide variety of roles such as retail, horticulture, office administration and much more.
You may decide you would like to concentrate on learning in one department or you may decide you would like to try a little bit of everything. We will work with you and focus on what you want to achieve.
We can help you to lead a full and purposeful life within your community and support you to develop in a range of work based activities.
Our programme is 'learner led' this means we tailor our programmes for you and your specific goals and needs, allowing you to develop at your own pace. From there, we give you the opportunity to build upon your skills and self-confidence. Whist our aim is to support you on your journey into work, you will always be part of the Palmer Gardens family and we will support you no matter you go on to do next.
