As an NHS funded customer/client/service user (delete as applicable) I can't speak as to value for money but were I paying the bills I would have to score that aspect good as well.
It is a shame that the Government are messing about with the whole scheme that allows foreign trained and educated carers to come and work here. Before Pathways of Hope I've had a number of different care suppliers and the best educated of them all was likely GCSE level. My current carers who come from a variety of countries all have BSc/BA degrees at the very least.
If you are looking to purchase care from carers who are well educated, well-spoke, polite and responsible, you need go no further.
