John was very helpful and answered lots of questions. I had no idea there were so many different kinds of cat flap and makes. I have had two of the cheap plastic ones and they both broke, which was a real problem. The fitter Paul was helpful and now I have a really strong plexidor in the kitchen wall, and it's got a security steel shutter on it! It was a bit more expensive but I've wasted money on the cheap ones so in a way it's better value.They explained they are a new business and it shows in the way they are really pushing the boat out in customer service.
