The person I spoke needs some training in Customer Service! He was very unhelpful and impatience with my request. He seemed to have an inability to understand my dilemma and be able to help me.

served by an arrogant pompous opinionated still wet behind the ears counter assistant, who refused to get someone in authority to deal with a complaint when picking up a perishable parcel this afternoon at 15.30.
Was informed he was alone which may or may not have been true , if it was he shouldn't be left alone as he is incompetent.
The sooner this service is privatised and made answerable to customers the better .
