The automated system was atrocious. Very unhelpful. O for a human voice on the other end of the telephone. The staff in the Pontypridd centre were excellent. From them I received the only help I got in tracing a Special Delivery item which should, under the terms quoted, have arrived in Aberystwyth twenty four hours previously. So much for trace and track. Goes to show how superior a one to one experience is in solving problems. Royal Mail generally- far from good.
