There is a postman who comes to Teg Close (number 30) every morning. I didn’t look him in the eye today and feel terrible as I had just received news. He is the nicest postman on the planet, and so kind. We both love him as he’s so considerate of our baby and knocks very gently. Please tell him how great he is. Thank you.

a realy realy poor service....leave notes on your door with all details of contact or relations that live nx door and the postman/women Completley ignors it,,,and posts a stupid red card through...causing you agrovation,

They answered the phone on the second ring. The man was extremely polite and helpful. Couldn't find my package but they continued the search and took my phone number to ring me back. WELL DONE

Indeed terrible. I called and after about 2 minutes got a reply. Guy not very helpful and didn't care about my enquiry. Hopefully privatization will sort out there appalling customer service
