Hobbits Holt provides 24-hour care for up to seven people with learning disabilities aged 18 years and over. Each person we support has a personal care package, which reflects their own personal needs and independent living. Hobbits Holt works closely with the local community learning disability team that provides a high standard of information, support and advice.
We are committed to providing enough support to empower and encourage individuals to develop the skills they need to live as independently as possible.
