Pristine Clean Nottingham

Pristine Clean have been looking after our windows for years. Excellent work and really good communication. This year I also asked them to clean our gutters. It was a grim job, well overdue and one that was done brilliantly for a fair price, with care and thought ( even reflecting on where to put all the grime so that our green bin wasn't glooped up and we got the chance to use all that fertile leaf matter in the garden). I am sure it took much longer than was anticipated.

Its the little things that make the difference, and not only did David obviously take pride and care in what he was doing, but he did so cheerfully, and cleaned up meticulously after even though the job required walking through the house. A few months back I decided it was time to look for a window cleaner (My days of hanging out the windows & standing on a ladder are well & truly gone lol!!)

I spent a while researching on line for local window cleaners and came across Pristine Clean Nottingham. I liked there easy to navigate website with all the information needed for what I was looking for & I sent email requesting initially a one-off clean.

I was very impressed with being kept well informed via sms & email of the date intended to visit (& details of how easy was to contact them in advance if the date was not convenient to rearrange)

The gentleman who attended to clean my windows was very thorough. Got on with the job in hand. Very professional, respectfully to my property and I have to say my windows (& sills) have never been cleaner.

I have to admit that the windows are gleaming, much better than I have ever been able to do myself by sitting on the upstairs window sills with my arm out stretched practically hanging out the window or standing on a ladder downstairs trying to get into the corners and leave smudge free without breaking my neck & taking me 2 hours to get the downstairs/ upstairs done.

The price is excellent value for money. An invoice is sent via email to confirm amount to paid after your windows have been cleaned. And I like that you can pay by varies ways to suit you.

My windows have been cleaned a few times now and I have decided that Pristine Clean Nottingham are going to clean my windows for me forever & have set up a direct debit to pay so I don't even have to think about it.

I have been using Pristine clean for several years now, initially this was just for window cleaning but for the last couple of years I have also had them come and clean my gutters.
For both, the window cleaning and the gutter cleaning they always do an excellent job. Communication is excellent with advance messages to advice the date they will be coming, they always turn up on this date and complete the work to a high standard and even follow up after the job to ensure I’m happy with the results of the work (they offer a 24 hour guarantee on the work but I have never had any need to use this).

Donna and her team are the most amazing company , they go above and beyond to keep all their customers happy.

Used these a fair few times and always been very pleased.Rotator Cuff issues forbid me doing it and I should off employed them years ago (might of prevented it) But Im always pleased. I recently used Pristine Clean for all the outside of our house, soffit and fascia, gutters, conservatory, windows and doors etc. What an amazing job they've done it looks like a completely different house now. The soffit and fascia I don't think had ever been done in around 20 years and look back to new! The guy who visited was very friendly, hard-working and good communication about the work e.g. asking whether we were happy for him to walk on the roof tiles. Excellent service from back-end office too, you can tell this is a family run business and they care about their customers. Fantastic service provided the house looks lovely now with all facias and guttering actually white! I had been in contact via whatsapp to get a quote which was so easy and whilst we were waiting for someone to come out we noticed we were missing a stop end and had a hole in the mortar next to the roof, pristine clean filled the hole for us and put us on a new stop end with any additional charge.

All staff we have dealt with have been professional and a pleasure to deal with.

Excellent service from start to finish. Customer service from Donna was efficient, a quote was sent within 24 hours of contacting her, and it was very competitive in comparison to other quotes. Donna also went out of her way to accommodate my request at short notice. David did an excellent job on our driveway, and went above and beyond with advice about how to manage weed regrowth. The drive looks brand new, so much so that everyone that walks by asks if we have had a new driveway installed!
