If I could give NO stars I would, whoever is responsible for the change to my 'service' in the past 18 months ought to be ashamed of themselves.
We live 5 mins away from the sorting office yet our mail never arrives on time, we simply have no regular service anymore and the only solution RM can give is to pick up my own mail from the sorting office.(which I'm now forced to apply for)
A lot of people on my street are elderly so picking up their own mail isn't an option for them.
RM informed me they aim to deliver to rural areas by 4PM but we don't live in a rural area AND regularly receive our mail AFTER 4PM so they've kind of admitted that their service to us is a failure but are they doing anything about it? NO!!
