I went into the Stirling branch (Thistle Centre) for help about several issues ( money transfers, credit cards and online banking). The bank employee Suzie was so informative and helpful, she couldn't have been more patient despite me taking up a lot of her time. She went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything fully and that I had all the necessary information without making me feel rushed or patronised.
