Today, 15/1/2018, just recieved a letter, soaking wet, ripped, with all my personal details on show, I asked the postman why this happened he says its raining, what do you expect! Not good enough! Disgusting service, you need to teach your staff how to handle peoples private mail, why wasnt it in a bag!! He didnt care, I am so upset, I took a picture but you have no facilities to send a photos

terrible service they tried to deliver a signed for parcel to me,
I was complaining to the shop who sent it as the parcel has not been delivered to me. found out that the postman had been to my address but failed to leave a card saying it was at the parcel office, they must have expected me to guest that it was there
